Spring, the season of rebirth, has arrived in Niseko. The magic of winter still lingers with visible snow against blue skies with wildlife sleepily emerging from hibernation and new vegetation gradually bursting in multi-hued greens as the sun takes its time to warm the land before summer settles in by June.
In celebration of the gently evolving green season, Higashiyama Niseko Village, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve and state-of-the-art ski destination, has designed exclusive stay offers that embrace the philosophy of Kachou Fuugetsu that stems from a Japanese proverb translating to Flower, Bird, Wind, Moon. The ancient saying is greater than the sum of its parts as it conveys a reverence for the beauty of nature and in experiencing it, to discover oneself.
